On the 7 of November we went to a New World trip.before we went to New World it started to rain so we had to go in the van which had 11 seats and the parent helpers got there and they brought there vans that had 7 seats.Then my teacher put us into four groups of 7 and she put us in each one of the vans so we all got to new world went in a lady's van that had 6 seats plus one but it had a car seat.When we got there we were the first van to get to new world so we waited until the other four vans got there. Then we meet a lady that gave us a piece of cardboard and a pen.Then our teacher Mrs Moore gave us a piece of paper that we had to fill in before the 1 hour was finish. After that she put us with our parent helper that was going to help us through out the 1 hour.Then the teachers said to go so we were off!!The first thing we had to was what bread was good to have all the time and the bread that you can have sometimes so we had to go where all the milk was and see what was the healthy's bread.Then we found it. it was called Mahigrain toast that had 0.30 Energy. 2.2 lots of fat. 3.0 lots of Sugar. 3.9 lots of Dietary Fibre.And 400 lots of Sodium!! And the other one was tip top. It had 777% of Energy. 2.1% of fat. 2.4% of Sugar. 0% of dietary fibre. And 333% of Sodium. Then we did some other stuff and then we were finish. Then when all te other groups came a lady came out with some plants to take home with us. And she gave us a 60 dollars to get some healthy food then we all got into our vans and went back to class. Holy molly what a fun day and I learnt something today to
First you have to turn your bread around and then you will see that there are some labels.then look where it says fat and loo where it say sodium.And if it has way too much sodium and fat than don't take it but if you happen to find a piece of bread that doesn't have that much fat or sodium than you can by it.And also look at the per 100 m
