Run Jump Throw P1

On October the 11th me and my class went to Run,Jump,Throw ever week we do something different.This week we just started to do running and it is awesome. First we met someone called couch awesome.Then he told us about cheek to cheek that means when we run we have to put one hand on to one of your cheeks put your other hand on your other cheek.Then he told us something called keep your eyes on the price that means that you have to try and not look at the other person and run super fast.After that he told us something called opposite That means that when you put your left leg forward you put your right arm forward and you do the same with your left arm and your right leg.Then we had some race's running up and down the court and jumping over things.We did this race where you have to jump over three cones and go to the yellow line on the ground then you have to go back into your line and sit down.Then we did another race where we have to run to the yellow line again and then we have to walk back.After that we had a game.Then after the game we said goodbye to our couch and went back to class wow what a fun day
