How to be healthy
On Thursday the 18 August we had someone to come and teach us how to be healthy.When she came in she had a bag full of cola and fruit juices and other stuff.Then she came to the front of the class room.Then she pulled out some fruit juices and showed us.Then she told us about why we should be healthy and then she told us some good facts about bread like when you put butter on bread your just put on more and more butter on it because it is made out of butter and that you should just eat two bread a day. Then she pulled out her fruit juice cans and show it to us. Then she said that it isn't good to drink too much fruit juice because it has to much sugar in it.Then she said that you need to eat 5 + a day and if you don't eat food at all you can faint or blackout and stuff like that. Then she pulled out some Rio paper then she said that Rio has 15 tea spoons of sugar in it.The whole class was shocked.Then she pulled out a fizzes can and then she said that it had 8 tea spoons of sugar in it. man was there lots of sugar in Rio and stuff. Then she said to us that we have to use a hand full of things we could eat.After she was gone we did some research about being healthy. After we went down to the mat and talked about other thing like if we didn't eat food we would get angry and sad and cry all day for just one thing. then we said things like we did to drink 8 glasses of water a day and breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that if you eat healthy you live longer and live a longer life.
